This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Life Skill Global LLP , a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, having its registered office at 922, raviwar peth, Guruprasad appt. Ground floor, shop no. 8 opposite Subhash prathamik vidyalaya, pune 411002 (hereinafter referred to as “LSG”, “Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”), collects, receives, stores, processes, uses, shares, protects and manages the personal information of every visitor, learner, subscriber, customer, parent, guardian, institution, business partner or any other person accessing or using the website, Learning Management System (LMS), mobile application, digital platform or any service offered by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).

By visiting our website, registering for any programme, subscribing to our services, creating a User ID, making payment or otherwise using any service provided by Life Skill Global LLP, the User expressly acknowledges that he or she has read, understood and voluntarily consented to the collection, processing and use of personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree with this Policy, the User should refrain from accessing or using the Company’s services.

Where the User is a minor, the Company may collect and process personal information only through the consent and involvement of the parent or lawful guardian, wherever required by applicable law. The parent or guardian shall remain responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided on behalf of the minor.

The Company collects personal information primarily for the purpose of creating User accounts, verifying identity, processing enrolments, providing access to learning programmes, conducting live sessions, delivering educational content, issuing certificates where applicable, maintaining academic records, providing learner support, communicating important updates, processing payments, complying with statutory obligations, preventing fraud, improving platform performance, enhancing user experience, conducting research, maintaining security and fulfilling contractual obligations arising from the relationship between the User and the Company.

The Company may also collect technical information automatically through cookies, server logs, analytics tools and similar technologies whenever the User accesses the website or digital platform. Such information may include browser type, operating system, device specifications, IP address, referral source, pages visited, duration of visits, click patterns, system performance and usage statistics. The Company may use third-party payment gateways for processing online transactions. Financial information including debit card details, credit card details, net banking credentials, UPI credentials or other payment authentication information is processed directly by authorised payment gateway service providers. Life Skill Global LLP does not store complete card details, CVV numbers or confidential banking credentials on its own servers unless specifically permitted by applicable law and necessary security standards.

The Company implements reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure, misuse or destruction.
