These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Life Skill Global LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, having its registered office at 922, raviwar peth, Guruprasad appt. Ground floor, shop no. 8 opposite Subhash prathamik vidyalaya, pune 411002 (hereinafter referred to as “LSG”, “Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”), and every individual, parent, guardian, institution, organisation, subscriber, learner or any other person accessing, registering, purchasing or using any product or service offered by Life Skill Global LLP (hereinafter referred to as the “User”, “Member”, “Learner” or “Customer”).
By accessing our website, Learning Management System (LMS), online platform, digital resources, communication channels, or by purchasing any programme, membership, subscription or academy, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood and voluntarily agreed to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and every other policy published by Life Skill Global LLP.
By accessing the website, mobile application, Learning Management System (LMS), digital platform, online portals, communication channels or by purchasing any membership, programme, academy, subscription or service offered by Life Skill Global LLP, the User expressly acknowledges that he or she has carefully read, understood and voluntarily agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and every other policy published by Life Skill Global LLP from time to time. If the User does not agree with any provision contained herein, the User shall not access or use any service of Life Skill Global LLP.
Life Skill Global LLP operates a structured human development and life skills learning platform that delivers educational services through live online sessions, digital learning resources, assignments, worksheets, assessments, mentoring, transformation projects, learner support systems and other educational activities. The Company reserves the exclusive right to modify, improve, discontinue, replace or update any programme, curriculum, faculty, learning material, technology platform, academy structure, learning schedule or service methodology whenever considered necessary for academic improvement, operational efficiency, legal compliance or business continuity, without requiring prior consent from the User.
The User acknowledges that all programmes offered by Life Skill Global LLP are educational in nature and are intended solely for personal learning, skill development and human development. Participation in any programme shall not be interpreted as a guarantee of employment, promotion, business success, financial gain, professional qualification, certification recognised by any statutory authority or any other specific result. The benefits derived from the programmes depend upon the individual efforts, participation, commitment, implementation and personal circumstances of each learner.
The Company shall make reasonable efforts to deliver quality educational services through qualified facilitators, mentors and subject experts. However, the Company does not warrant that every session, platform feature or digital service shall always remain uninterrupted, error-free or available without temporary downtime due to scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, cyber security measures, force majeure events, internet disruptions or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company. The User agrees that such temporary interruptions shall not constitute deficiency of service.
Every User shall provide complete, true and accurate personal information during registration. The User shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, passwords, One Time Passwords (OTP), authentication codes and any other security credentials associated with the User ID. Any activity carried out through the registered User ID shall be deemed to have been performed by the registered User. The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access resulting from the User’s negligence in safeguarding login credentials.
Each User ID issued by Life Skill Global LLP is personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive. The User shall not sell, transfer, lease, assign, share, sublicense or permit any third party to use the registered User ID, digital resources or subscription benefits. Any violation of this condition shall entitle the Company to suspend or permanently terminate the User account without any obligation to issue a refund or compensation.
The User agrees to conduct himself or herself in a respectful, ethical and professional manner during all online sessions, community discussions, mentoring activities and interactions with facilitators, learners and Company representatives. The Company reserves the right to remove, suspend or terminate any User who engages in abusive language, harassment, discrimination, defamation, disruption of learning activities, unauthorised recording, copyright infringement, impersonation, cyber abuse, fraudulent conduct or any activity that adversely affects the learning environment or the reputation of Life Skill Global LLP.
All intellectual property rights including but not limited to course content, videos, presentations, graphics, documents, worksheets, assignments, assessments, study materials, trademarks, logos, software, website content, methodologies, frameworks and educational resources remain the exclusive property of Life Skill Global LLP unless expressly stated otherwise. No User shall copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, upload, broadcast, commercially exploit, translate, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any Company material without obtaining prior written permission from Life Skill Global LLP.
The Company reserves the unrestricted right to amend, revise or update these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary to comply with changes in applicable laws, technological developments, educational practices, payment gateway requirements or business operations. Such revised Terms shall become effective immediately upon publication on the official website or digital platform, and continued use of the services by the User shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law, the courts situated at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and the services provided by Life Skill Global LLP.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not access, register for, or continue using any service provided by Life Skill Global LLP.
